If we choose to make any changes after your order has been confirmed, the changes will not be applicable to your order, which will be governed by the terms and conditions and policy in place at the time the order was placed. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. All orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom to the delivery address you provided at the time of placing your order. We only ship to UK (Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Wales) and North America.
2. We are currently unable to offer multiple shipping on a single order.
3. With regret, we cannot ship to freight forwarding addresses and P.O boxes for security reasons and to ensure you receive your order without any issues, all orders require a proof of delivery signature.
4. The delivery address of your order must match the Country/region site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different region site will be automatically cancelled.
TAXES, CUSTOMS AND EXCISE
5. Customs and excise are not applicable for purchases made and delivered within UK.
6. Value added tax (VAT) is only applicable to purchases made within UK. This will be calculated at the check-out before confirming payment.
7. Where purchases are made from North America, we ship all orders on a “Delivery Duty Paid” (“DDP”) basis which means we pay for all of the applicable duties and taxes. This may also include returns where pre-paid labels are provided by us. Any applicable sales taxes will be calculated at the check-out before confirming payment.
DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
8. We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm (+GMT) within a maximum of 4 business days (Monday-Friday).
9. During checkout, you may be presented with one or more options for delivery. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or at busy times).
10. “Royal Mail Next day delivery” is only available for UK addresses and if this option is selected for orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, it will not be despatched for delivery until the following business day.
11. “DHL Express” is only available for USA addresses and if this option is selected for orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, it will not be despatched for delivery until the following business day.
12. When you have placed an order, you will receive a Confirmation Email, followed by an email confirming when your order has been dispatched that includes online tracking information. The online tracking is maintained by the respective third-party courier or postal service. On receipt of your items, a signature will be required. Where there is no proof of delivery signature, we will not be able to offer refunds. Please see our Returns, refunds and exchanges policy on how returns and refunds are processed.
13. Promotions offering free shipping to any global territory are offered until which time we reserve the right to end it. We may do so at any time without prior notice.

14. If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we invite you to:
- Check on the specific courier website using the allocated tracking number.
- Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct
- In the case of a missed delivery, please contact the courier

CHOOSING A DELIVERY TIME AND DAY
15. It is not currently possible to choose a specific date and time for delivery. You can try to contact the courier directly to organise the delivery.
